Access to our data-driven intelligence reports, PYQ analysis, and digital materials are granted immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete and access has been granted.

2. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing the platform or your purchased materials, please contact our support team at support@liveshala.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work diligently to resolve the issue to ensure you have the access you paid for.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate, accidental purchases. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of the transaction.

4. Process

Any approved refunds will be processed returning the funds to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
